Acerca del proyecto (About the project)

Contar el comienzo de este proyecto en pocas líneas es como intentar condensar la infancia de quien hoy es abuelo en dos frases. Pero nos van lo retos, y como ocurre en el proyecto en sí, vamos a condensar centrándonos en lo vital:

-En 2007 nace la intención de contar las diferentes caras de la Culpabilidad.
-Durante 2 años se desarrollan hasta 6 versiones de la misma historia.
-El proyecto se guarda a la espera de poder sacar de él ese potencial que, de momento, estaba escondido.
-Abril de 2011: con la llegada del guionista Antonio Villar, se hace una revisión completa de la historia.
-30 de Junio de 2011: se cierra una versión del guión que finalmente es el reflejo de ese potencial que por fin se le ha conseguido sacar.
-Julio de 2011: Carmen Simón Rubio se pone a los mandos de la producción del proyecto.

Y todo esto manteniendo lo que realmente era de una importancia más alla de cualquier duda: LOS PERSONAJES:

LEO / FRED / y ABBY

Resulta paradójico como cuando nos enfrentamos al proyecto una primera vez, la capacidad de éste estaba tan por encima de nosotros mismos que nos vimos superados.
4 años más tarde volvemos a subirnos a este ring con la seguridad de ser los que pasemos por encima de quien tenemos en frente.

Bienvenidos a nuestro "Segundo Asalto".

Trying to tell the begininng of this project in a few lines is like trying to condense my Grandad's childhood in two lines. But we love the challenge and, as it happens in this project, we're going to focus on what's really important:

-2007: the intention of telling a story about the different faces of feeling guilty is born.
-For the next 2 years 6 drafts are developed.
-We don't feel capable of getting the potential of the story so the project is stored in a drawer.
-April 2011: the screenwriter Antonio Villar makes a new reborn of the story.
-June 30th 2011: the final draft (until the shooting begins) is made. Finally we feel that we conquer the potential we knew the story had.
-July 2011: Carmen Simón Rubio takes over the production.

And during this long journey we never forgot what was really important: THE CHARACTERS:

LEO / FRED / and ABBY

It's funny: when we dealt with the project for the very first time we were beated by this one.

4 years later we jump into the ring but we know exactly how to win.
